How do I use the background music feature?

You can enhance your listening experience with ambient background music. Simply click the music toggle button to cycle through different tracks: First click plays Track 1, click again to stop. Next click plays Track 2, click to stop. Another click plays Track 3, click to stop. The cycle then repeats. Each track offers a unique ambient atmosphere to complement your audiobook.

How does the PDF to audiobook conversion work?

Our system processes your PDF file chapter by chapter, converting the text to high-quality audio using advanced text-to-speech technology. The AI-powered voice synthesis ensures natural-sounding narration with proper intonation and pacing.

What formats are allowed?

We currently support PDF files and soon will support direct text, document images, and other file formats as well.

How long does the PDF to audiobook conversion take?

A typical 100-150k word book would normally take approximately 15 minutes. Processing time may be longer during periods of high queue volume. Shorter documents are processed more quickly when queue volumes are relatively low.

What payment methods do you accept?

We are currently pilot testing the product and will begin payment testing soon. Please contact our support team to discuss your preferred payment method.

I have added a PDF for conversion, but I don't see it

If you've uploaded a book and it's not immediately visible, don't be concerned. It's likely in the processing queue and will be available shortly.

How can I change the title & subtitle of my audiobook?

You can modify the title using the rename utility (pen icon) in the top right corner of each audiobook. The title format is "Main title - Author or subtext". When you enter a title in this format, the system automatically extracts the title and subtitle components.

I deleted my audiobook by mistake

Unfortunately, we are unable to recover deleted files. We recommend being cautious when deleting audiobooks as this action cannot be undone.

How do I select next chapter?

To navigate between chapters, click on the "Chapter _ of _" indicator in the audio player. This will open a chapter listing where you can select your desired chapter.

I clicked on the audiobook, nothing happened

Please verify your internet connection, refresh the page, and allow a few seconds for loading. Audiobooks are large files that may take some time to initialize, but playback will be smooth once started.

The books take a while to load

We are actively optimizing page performance. While the dashboard may take some time to initially populate, the interface becomes highly responsive once loaded.
